Legal Transparency

Last Updated: January 7, 2026

By engaging the services of Wavebound Travel, LLC ("the Consultant"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you and the Consultant regarding the research, planning, and management of your travel.

Agency Affiliation & Credentials - Wavebound Travel, LLC is an independent travel advisor of Fora Travel. This affiliation provides us with the global reach and "Preferred Partner" status necessary to secure exclusive amenities and priority service for our clients. All travel bookings are processed through Fora Travel, a registered seller of travel in all applicable jurisdictions.

1.  Scope of Services

The Consultant provides professional travel research, logistical strategy, and booking management services. While the Consultant offers expert advice and manages the project timeline, all travel services (transportation, lodging, excursions) are provided by third-party vendors (e.g., Cruise Lines, Airlines, Hotels).

2.  Professional Services and Planning Fees

  • Complimentary Services: The Consultant provides standard research, logistical advising, and booking management services at no cost to the Client.

  • Special Projects: For complex itineraries that go beyond traditional cruise and travel services (such as intricate multi-city land transfers, custom/specialty high-touch group coordination, or high-touch event planning), the Consultant reserves the right to charge a professional planning fee.

  • Mutual Agreement: Any such fee will be disclosed, discussed, and mutually agreed upon in writing by all parties before any "Special Project" work commences. No hidden fees will ever be applied to a client's account.

3.  Payments and Cancellations

  • Direct Vendor Payment: For your protection, all payments for travel inventory (cruise fares, flights, etc.) are processed directly with the third-party vendor. The Consultant does not hold client funds.

  • Cancellation Policies: Each cruise line and vendor has its own cancellation and refund policy. The Consultant is not responsible for any penalties, fees, or lost funds resulting from a client’s decision to cancel or modify a trip.

4.  Accuracy of Information

The Consultant relies on information provided by third-party vendors (schedules, amenities, pricing). While the Consultant makes every effort to ensure accuracy, vendors may change their offerings, pricing, or schedules without notice. The Consultant is not liable for such changes.

5.  Travel Documentation

It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documentation, including passports (valid for at least six months beyond the return date), visas, and health certifications. The Consultant will provide general guidance, but the final responsibility lies with the traveler.

6.  Travel Insurance

The Consultant strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. The Consultant can provide a comparative analysis of insurance options, but the selection and purchase of a policy are the responsibility of the Client.

7.  Limitation of Liability

The Consultant acts only as an agent for the vendors and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the acts or omissions of any third-party provider.
